O'Week Club Stalls 2018

Show off your club with a stall at O'Week 2018.

Stalls are $40+bf per day per stall.

Each O’Week day is themed. Please consider how your stall will reflect the theme and use it to your advantage. Whilst you can choose a day it is at the discretion of the Union to assign stalls.

Mon 19 Feb General day

Tue 20 Feb Activities & Hobbies day

Wed 21 Feb Pop Culture day (Suits clubs interested in movies, anime, cosplay, games..)

Stall information

• Stalls to be open, staffed and ready from 9:45am- 4:00pm each day
• Only 1 day stall hire is available. If you are interested in more than 1 day, please tick 'yes' on your registration form to be added to the waiting list. If there are extra days available, you will receive an email in early February advising you of additional stall hire opportunities.
• Stall hire includes space under a marquee, signage for your club, 1 x 1.8m trestle and 2 chairs.
• If you require power please add it to your order at the bottom of the confirmation page.
• Your O’Week club organiser will need to attend a compulsory induction session on Thursday 8 February at 3pm. A club member must attend this session in order to remain eligible for a stall.
• The last day to register is Friday 19th January 2018.
